Terms and Conditions

Who runs the casino

Playmillion Casino is run by Skill on Net Ltd, which is registered in Malta under number C50024 and licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under account number 39326. Payments are handled for the operator by Skill On Net Limited, registered number 14264775.

Who can play

You need to be 18 or over, or older where your local law sets a higher age. By opening an account you confirm that online gambling is legal for you where you live.

Your account

Your details must be correct and kept up to date. An account belongs to one person and is for personal use only, so please keep your username and password to yourself. We check your identity, address and payment method before you can deposit or gamble, and documents go through the Upload Docs page in your account.

Deposits and withdrawals

You pay in and cash out through the Cashier. Each payment has to come from a method in your own name. We normally send money back the way it came in, and only accept withdrawal requests made through the withdrawal page of the casino. Large wins and jackpots can take longer while we confirm them.

Bonuses

Every offer follows our Bonus Policy plus any extra terms of that promotion. Wagering, maximum bet and other rules are shown with each offer, and the terms of an offer take priority over the general terms where they differ.

Inactive accounts

If an account is not used for 12 months in a row, a monthly dormancy fee can apply until you log in again. We try to return the balance first and give notice by email before any fee is taken.

Safer gambling

Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion and game status reminders are available in My Account. While any limitation is active, you cannot play on the account it covers.

Complaints

Contact Customer Support first and explain what went wrong. If you are not happy with the answer, ask for a manager or supervisor to look at it, and they reply with a decision within 96 hours. A dispute about a gambling transaction that remains open can go to eCOGRA, an alternative dispute resolution service authorised by the Gambling Commission. These terms are governed by the laws of England.
